No music soundtrack version. This is a landing at the new Hong Kong airport CLK. Yes, it's a bit of a firm landing ;) It's a training flight, and yes, I did flare, just not enough. Another test using H.264 codec. The video is 2x until the turn to final then normal speed for the approach. The camera was mounted too low to capture the airport properly. The quality looks good but I think I'm dropping frames. I'll work on being able to get air to ground transmissions for future videos. I'll probably need to wait until my next computer to solve the frame drop though.

Again, the lead in lights are barely visible through the rain as the video starts and then we get a great view of the checkerboard through to touchdown. This approach is in the rain. The other video is a little clearer but still grey out.

This is an unedited view of a Boeing 747 landing at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) near dusk. In regards to the zooming comments, I only zoomed to the cockpit window, a mere 5 feet from the jumpseat. It is framed top and bottom in the shot. If you have seen my takeoff video, you know you can barely see anything outside if you do not. Anyway, the landing speed is well over 120 knots.
